On the windowpane

Snow is falling like stars from the sky.
Somebody told me each snowflake is unique, like each star. Like women.
Snowflakes melt from the warmth of your fist...
Still, I want to see rain so much! Pouring rain from my country...the rain that floods my being...rain like the women of my hills. There is grass at the foot of the hills...wildflowers are all around...yellow, purple, and pink.
All my longings shatter like my dreams. Snow keeps piling on my windowpane. I keep drawing with my finger on that snow. A woman...a home.
