AMIDST MY DARK NIGHTS

There is a sky even in the darkness of the night. The other day I thought that if I were ever to sink into a dark night, I would still find light. But our thoughts breathe slower than our heart. So, I couldn’t find any light.

But beyond breathing, there is a magic in the palm of a human hand. Remember that magician up on the stage? How he pulled red and blue silk handkerchiefs from his sleeves and those white doves fluttered out of his hat? How laughter and joy filled everything sad? Just like that the only magic of a human heart is that it can breathe in the dark.
